Smart TV Setup Guide

Perfect for Samsung (Tizen), LG (WebOS), and other major Smart TVs using third-party player apps.

Download a Player App

Open the App Store on your Samsung or LG TV and search for Smarters Pro, IBO Player, or TiviMate. Download and install your preferred app.

Open the App & Select Login

Launch the app. If using Smarters Pro, select "Login with Streaming Credentials". If using IBO Player, note down the Mac Address and Device Key shown on the screen.

Enter Your Credentials

Enter the following details exactly as shown:

Any Name: PremLeaguePass
Username: (Your Username)
Password: (Your Password)
URL: http://line.premleaguepass.com

*Your username and password are sent via email/WhatsApp after purchase.

Log In & Watch

Click Add User and you're all set! Browse Live TV for live sports channels or VOD for movies and TV shows.

Get Your Login Details

Troubleshooting

Double-check your username and password — they are case-sensitive. Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after your credentials. Verify the server URL format is correct (e.g., http://line.premleaguepass.com). Contact support on WhatsApp if the issue persists.

Check your internet speed — a minimum of 25Mbps is recommended for 4K streaming. Connect your Smart TV via Ethernet cable for more stable performance. If your ISP is throttling or geo-blocking streams, configure a VPN on your router to bypass restrictions.

Clear the app cache from your TV settings. On Samsung: Settings > Apps > Select App > Clear Cache. On LG: Settings > Apps > App Info > Clear Data. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store. Check that your TV has sufficient storage space.

Some Smart TVs don't have compatible apps in their native app stores. Alternative options: (1) Use a Firestick or Android TV box connected to your TV, (2) Try sideloading the app using a USB drive (Samsung/LG), or (3) Use screen mirroring from your phone or tablet.
